Grants are considered gift aid, which means they do not need to be repaid. Applicants will be considered for all grant assistance when applying for financial aid.
Federal Pell Grant
Undergraduate students; must display financial need as determined by the FAFSA

Federal Supplemental Education Opportunity Grant (SEOG)
Undergraduate students; must display financial need as determined by the FAFSA
2026-27 range: $202 to $402
Wisconsin Grant - UW System (WHEG)
Wisconsin resident undergraduate students; must display financial need as determined by the FAFSA
2026-27 range: $1,000 to $3,700
Talent Incentive Program (TIP) Grant
Wisconsin resident undergraduate students; must display exceptional financial need as determined by the FAFSA
Native American Grants
Students who are affiliated with a tribe should contact the tribe's higher education office or equivalent and inquire about the process to receive tribal educational benefits.
Wisconsin Study Abroad Grant
Wisconsin resident undergraduate students participating in an approved education abroad program; must display financial need as determined by the FAFSA.
Advanced Opportunity Program (AOP) Grant
Wisconsin resident, disadvantaged graduate students; must display financial need as determined by the FAFSA.
Hearing/Visually Impaired Student Grant
Wisconsin resident undergraduate students with severe or profound hearing or visually impairment; must display financial need as determined by the FAFSA
Department of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) Grant
Eligible to DVR consumers who have employment training goals that require attending a college, university, technical college, or vocational training program; students should contact their local DVR office
