PeopleSoft Human Resources (HRS)

PeopleSoft (or HRS) is the tool used by HR, employees, and supervisors to manage a host of employee-related actions.  These include time and absence approvals, time cards/payroll processing, ePerformance management, forms or outside activities and telecommuting, access to pay advices, benefits, and more.

Employee Mandatory Compliance Training

To receive Pay Plan, (the university systems name for annual pay increases), eligible employees must complete Mandated Reporter, and Information Security training on an annual basis; and Title IX/Anti-Sexual Harassment Training every three years.
