New Students

Please review the information provided in order to determine the time that best meets your needs, then select your move-in time. We encourage you to arrive between August 28 and August 31. New Student Orientation will begin on the afternoon of August 31. Student meal plans will become active on the evening of August 28.

Returning Students

You should plan to arrive to campus between the afternoon of August 1 and September 2. Parking, meal plans, and campus resources will be more easily available to you during this time.

Early Arrival Housing

If you have the need to arrive early, you must contact our office. We must keep these numbers reduced, so please only do so, if needed. Early arrival times are August 25 to August 27 between 10am-6pm. Limited services will be available on campus (desk hours, food availability, staff accessibility). A nightly rate will be charged during these early arrival days. If you are already approved to move to campus early due to a campus affiliated group, you do NOT need to sign up again (athletics, First Flight, Resident Assistants, international students, etc.).

STANDARD MOVE-IN

All halls will be available for Move In 10am-2pm beginning Wednesday, August 28, 2024. Spaces are limited per hall per day due to parking lot capacity. We encourage flexibility with your desired date of arrival.

All first year students are encouraged to arrive by 2pm on Saturday, August 31 to participate in New Student Orientation.

Returning students are encouraged to arrive after Saturday afternoon.

Students should bring their campus Eagle ID card to the check in designated for their residence hall. In most cases, this is the front desk or near the front entrance of the hall.

If a student does not have their ID, we encourage you to stop by the Eagle ID Office located in the Student Union prior to moving in. For more information about the Eagle IDs, please visit their website.

Unload your vehicle and get settled in your new home! Your Resident Assistant will be close by to welcome you and share opportunities to get connected.

Reminder, when your move in is complete, move your vehicle out of the unloading lots to allow for other students to arrive and use the spaces.
