  • The Records and Registration Office is available during normal business hours, 7:45am - 4:30pm, Mon-Fri. If you are not able to reach us by phone, you may also contact us at
  • Graff Main Hall is currently closed to the public. Therefore, transcripts cannot be ordered in-person until further notice.
  • Ordering electronic transcripts online is available 24-7. Please see our Transcripts Request page for the link.
  • If the health situation requires our minimal office staff to return to working from home, there may be a delay in processing transcript requests for students who attended UWL prior to 1991, transcript requests mailed in, or requests for transcripts to be mailed out through regular postal mail. This applies to duplicate diploma requests as well.

Our expertise in student records, curriculum, and University academic policies and procedures helps to provide quality services to students, faculty, staff, alumni, and the community.

  • Providing advisement reports
  • Recording degrees earned
  • Developing course schedules
  • Administering classroom reservations
  • Confirming academic eligibility for student athletes
  • Providing benefit services to our student veterans and their family members

Family Educational Rights & Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) provides that, with certain explicit exceptions, students have the right to determine who will see their educational records (confidentiality) and students have the right to see their education records (accessibility).
