COVID-19 Update
09/15/2020

Our operational status

  • The Records and Registration Office is available during normal business hours, 7:45am - 4:30pm, Mon-Fri. If you are not able to reach us by phone, you may also contact us at records@uwlax.edu
  • Graff Main Hall is currently closed to the public. Therefore, transcripts cannot be ordered in-person until further notice.
  • Ordering electronic transcripts online is available 24-7. Please see our Transcripts Request page for the link.
  • If the health situation requires our minimal office staff to return to working from home, there may be a delay in processing transcript requests for students who attended UWL prior to 1991, transcript requests mailed in, or requests for transcripts to be mailed out through regular postal mail. This applies to duplicate diploma requests as well.
