- To make changes to an existing program, search for the program, select, and click "Edit Program" to begin.
Or
- To propose a new program, click "Propose New Program."
Additional info
CIM stands for Curriculum Inventory Management, a system of online curriculum forms and approval workflows. Users can see what step the proposed change is at in the process at any time, and approvers are notified when they have a proposal to review. New faculty/staff who are not able to login should email curriculum@uwlax.edu.
Additional materials:
- Materials for how to create or edit program forms are available in the UCC/GCC Faculty Training Canvas course.
- UWL's curriculum policies and procedures: Curriculum Change Process & Policies
- UCC agendas and minutes
- GCC agendas and minutes
Deadline to make the next meeting: Proposals must be at the Registrar's step in workflow (received dean's office approval) by the noon on Wednesday of the week before the UCC or GCC meeting. Program proposals that have related course proposals should be sent through workflow at all together, if possible.
Stale proposals: Proposed new programs and edits not submitted into or sitting at the same step in workflow after 6 months or more are subject to review. The Curriculum Team will verify with the department if the proposal is still moving forward. If program changes will no longer be happening, please contact the Curriculum Team to shred the proposal.
