Students, login to Transferology here!Transferology is a nationwide network designed to help students answer the question “Will my courses transfer?” Students enter coursework and/or exams, then discover in a single click how many schools in the Transferology network have matching courses that may be awarded when the student transfers.
Students
Students may create a personal account for themselves by going to Transferology and click "Sign up" at the top right.
Faculty and staff advisors
TransferologyLab is the advisor-focused version of Transferology.
The Transferology Lab is for advisors and faculty. An extension of Transferology, it is designed to support the needs of faculty and staff at colleges and universities that are part of the network. In the Lab, users access advising resources like equivalency lookups and course bundles to see how the student's courses will transfer either in preparation for or during an advising session.
Faculty/Staff accounts
Faculty and staff advisors should request a Lab account for advising purposes. The Lab has access to view the same course bundles and equivalencies a student can see but also has additional advising resources. To request a Lab account, please email Nick Adams or Trevor Sprague.
Log in
To login to Transferology Lab, go to the Faculty & Staff quicklinks at the top of this page and click the Transferology Lab link in the menu. Go to the "Log in" button at the top of the welcome page. You can bookmark that link on your browser for future use.

TransferologyLab support
Help documentation can be found on the campus Teams site WINGS for Advisors and Instructors. Click on the link. It should open up your Teams app. If this is your first time at the site, click "join." It may take a minute for the request to go through. You will then be able to find the site with the rest of your Teams in the app. Documents are on the "shared" tab.
Additional support documentation for TransferologyLab is on the vendor's site. Instructional webinars are available under the On-Demand Videos. These webinars are not school specific.
Military equivalencies
Please note that UWL's military equivalencies are not in Transferology, except for the Community College of the Air Force and the United States Military Academy. If you have a student with a question about a military transcript, they should contact the Admissions Office for assistance.
Transfer Evaluation System (TES) - for faculty & staff
Login to the Transfer Evaluation System
The Transfer Evaluation System (TES) from CollegeSource is the online solution for institutions researching transfer credit evaluations. Departments, in partnership with the Admissions Office, use TES to efficiently evaluate, track, and update equivalencies for transfer students. The site contains the most up-to-date catalogs from other schools to reference in one place, plus an evaluation workflow, making the evaluation process easier and more transparent.
An account is required to use TES. Faculty and staff should contact Trevor Sprague in Admissions for more details.
