The Student Union and Whitney Dining Center offer a wide array of dining options for you to choose from! Whether you are looking for a sit-down meal, or something to grab on the go, our various dining venues have you covered!

All dining locations on campus accept Dining Dollars, Block Meals, Campus Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, and Cash as forms of payment. Locations that accept Meal Swipes are noted below.
Student Union Dining Options
On The Go Station
Located on the first floor of the Student Union, the On the Go station includes pre-made Sprig & Sprout sandwiches and salads, sushi, snacks, drinks and a gluten-sensitive station.

Einstein Bros Bagels
Located on the first floor of the Student Union, Einstein Bros Bagels provides our students with freshly baked bagels, breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches, coffee, and smoothies.

Sono
Located on the first floor of the Student Union, Sono features Mexican inspired favorites including, tacos, burritos, nachos and taco bowls. On the weekends, they feature the famous breakfast burritos all day!

Grilled It
Located on the first floor of the Student Union, Grilled It serves chicken tenders, grilled chicken sandwiches, French fries, and other delicious fried items.

Erbert & Gerbert's
Located on the first floor of the Student Union, Erbert & Gerbert's Sandwich Shop serves fresh & delicious subs, wraps, soup, chips, and beverages.

Stryker's Cafe
Located on the first floor of the Student Union, Breakfast @ Stryker's Café (Meal Swipes accepted M-F 7:30-10:00) is where you get the highly sought-after breakfast wraps in the morning. They also serve breakfast platters, and blueberry or chocolate chip pancakes. Be sure to stop by Friday mornings for omelets.
Located on the first floor of the Student Union, Stryker's Cafe is home to Sandwich of the Day, where it is always something new and creative. Tradition & Vegan Homestyle options and sushi are also available daily here.

La Crosse Cafe

The Cellar
Located on the lower level of the Student Union, The Cellar features wood fired pizza, and a classic grill menu with burgers, wings, and French fries. Pasta bowls and vegan burgers are also available!

Whitney Center Dining Options
Badger Street Subs
Located in the Whitney Dining Center, Bader Street Subs serves made-to-order subs, wraps, chips, and beverages.

Whitney Center - Main Dining Room
The Whitney Dining Center is the primary dining facility on campus, serving residential students. This venue offers a variety of meal options. Breakfast features a variety of egg choices, breakfast meat, hot cereal, cereal, pancakes and waffles, bagels and muffins. At lunch and dinner, students can choose from a variety of comfort foods, pasta, pizza, and soups, grill items, and salads. Vegetarian & vegan, entrees and sides are also available. Items such as pastries, cookies and desserts are offered daily at the bakery station. You will also find a variety of cereals, yogurt & mix-ins, ice cream, condiments, and beverages available.

Campus Coffee Shops
Murphy's Mug
Located in Murphy Library, Murphy's Mug (serving Caribou Coffee) offers a variety of coffees, lattes, cappuccinos and teas. Additionally, this area offers the on the go specialties including Sprig & Sprout pre-made sandwiches and salads, snacks, bakery items, and bottled beverages.

Starbucks @ Centennial
Located in Centennial Hall near the Hall of Nations, a coffee shop serving Starbucks Coffee hosts an On-The-Go concept, which features a variety of sandwiches, wraps, salads, soup, bakery items, and bottled beverages. A variety of coffees, lattes, frappuccinos, and espressos are available.

MEET JESS | DIETITIAN
Jess Harke
Jess, our Registered Dietitian on campus, is available to give students the tools they need to:
- Safely manage food allergies on campus
- Identify better-for-you dining options
- Develop strategies that promote a balanced lifestyle
- Properly fuel one's body for optimal athletic performance
- Accommodate dietary needs related to religious preferences or medical needs
