We will match you with the right trainer for your needs, and according to your schedule. Depending upon your needs you can be in the Strength Center squatting, up on the track running repeat sprint, or even in the multi-purpose gym pushing the prowler. Sessions are chosen between you and your trainer! Choose one weekly session as an pillar workout to motivate and keep you accountable. Or, make it two or three times a week, and attack your fitness goals.
