Can’t make it the REC? Here are some apps and online videos to help you get a great workout from home.

Apps

    • Nike Run Club - Track your runs and walks while comparing them with your friends! This app also has guided runs, inspiration, and innovation to make sure you get the best of your workout.
    • 7 Minute Workout - Don’t have a lot of time to work out? Then this app is for you, with several types of workouts under 10 minutes. Make the most of your minutes!
    • FitOn - This app has it all! Enjoy a workout anywhere from yoga to dance, cardio, HITT, strength training, and more.
    • Nike Training Club - With a library of over 185 FREE workouts ranging from cardio, HITT, yoga, and strength training. All the workouts are assisted by virtual friendly Nike Master Trainers.
  • YouTube Channels
    • Yoga with Adriene - Enjoy high quality, guided yoga videos. Theres videos are for beginners, intermediate, and advanced yoga enthusiasts.
    • MadFit - Tons of different at home workouts varying from core, HITT, stretching, dumbbell and bodyweight exercises.
    • Fitness Blender - Over 500 free workouts by length, difficulty, targeted muscle groups, calorie burned, and more.

    • Goose Island Campground - The canoe trail has seven miles of moderate paddling that offers stunning views of the bluffs and sunsets
    • OC rental - Rent for the OC at the Eagle Recreation Center to enjoy your trips floating down the Mississippi.
