Group Fitness Free Week

All classes on the Group Fitness Schedule are free for the first week of school 1/22/24-1/27/24. Just bring your student ID or Rec App barcode. Pre-registration is only required for cycling classes due to the limited number of bikes. See the full schedule

Fitness Fundamentals

This free service provides you the fundamentals needed to begin safe and effective resistance training. Inquire to sign up for your 30-minute session with a certified personal trainer. You can even bring a friend!

Strength Redefined

Every other Tuesday night from 6-7:30pm the Fitness Center closes to regular users to provide a welcoming atmosphere where newcomers or those apprehensive about the gym can start their fitness journey as they please. We welcome everyone who supports this experience for others, regardless of experience level. Register Here.

Candlelight Partner Yoga

Celebrate Valentine’s Day with partner yoga! Bring your friend, roommate, or significant other for an evening of joy, stress reduction, and relaxation. Free for all UWL students, and no prior yoga experience is necessary.

Glow Cycle

March 1st 7-8pm Register Here

Join us for a party in the Conditioning Room, where glow paint, tape, and sticks will be provided during this fun and exhilarating cycle class. No prior cycle experience is necessary.

Learn to Salsa

April 12th 7-8pm Register Here

This introductory class on Salsa dancing with a partner is an ideal way to spend your evening. It's tailored to beginners, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable learning environment. As you immerse yourself in the music and movements, you'll not only learn the basic steps but also the art of communicating with your dance partner through this dynamic dance form.
